In November 1990, L. D'Souza & Co. was established by Mr. Lancy D'Souza as a sole proprietorship firm. He is one of the "Fellow" member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with experience of over 25 years. With the growth in its activities in the year 2004, it was converted into a partnership firm. Today with a team of 5 partners and host of professionals and support staff, the firm offers a wide range of services.

CA Lancy D'Souza  (B. Com., LL.B., F.C.A.)
Mr. Lancy D'Souza started his career in 1978 with N.B. Shetty & Co., Mumbai. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1985, he joined as a partner with N.B. Shetty & Co., and was managing the Nagpur Branch of the firm. In November 1990, he set up his own practice at Nagpur. He is the senior most partner and is managing the firm.

CA Bosco D'Souza  (B. Com., F.C.A.)
Mr. Bosco D'Souza started his career in 1995 with L.D'souza & Co., Nagpur. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2003, he joined as a partner with L. D'souza & Co., from 1st April 2004. He is looking after the Accounting and Audit Assignments of the firm and also looking after the direct taxation matters. The services rendered are Tax planning and Advice, Compliance with the various regulatory requirements and Assessment proceedings with the Income Tax Department.

CA Esha D'Souza  (B. Com., F.C.A.)
Mrs. Esha D'Souza started her career in 2006 with L.D'Souza & Co., Nagpur. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2011, she worked as Audit Senior with Low Yap and Associates, Singapore for almost a year, this enabled her to acquire in depth application knowledge of Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. From 1st April 2013 she joined as a partner with L. D'Souza & Co. She is looking after the Accounting and Audit Assignments of the firm. She has the experience of reviewing internal control, system and procedures and providing expert advise and recommendation on system and procedures.

CA Dipsha D'Souza  (B. Com., LL.B., F.C.A.)
Mrs. Dipsha D'Souza started her career in 2008 with L.D'Souza & Co., Nagpur. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2012, she joined as a partner with L. D'souza & Co., from 1st April 2013. She is looking after the Accounting and Audit Assignments of the firm. She is well versed with the locally prescribed accounting requirement and has the experience of reviewing the internal control, system and procedures, and providing professional advice and recommendation on system and procedures.

CA Bijesh Balakrishnan  (B. Com., DISA, F.C.A.)
Mr. Bijesh Balakrishnan started his career in 2005 with L.D'Souza & Co., Nagpur. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2013, he joined as a partner with L. D'souza & Co., from 1st April 2013. He is looking after the Accounting and Audit Assignments of the firm and also looking after the Indirect taxation matters. He is well versed with the locally prescribed accounting requirement and has the experience of reviewing the internal control, system and procedures, and providing professional advice and recommendation on system and procedures.
